Run for Arts Ignite this December!

This December, Arts Ignite is coming to a new stage. We’ve long brought you signature events like our Annual New York City Christmas Concert, and in 2025 we’re offering even more ways to ignite the arts with our first ever 5k road race.

Lace up and join us for IGNITE! on December 6th in Prospect Park as we run into our 20th anniversary year. Whether you consider yourself a runner, dancer, singer, painter, writer, or just an all around art-lover, we want to see you at the starting line!

Space for the event is extremely limited, with only 20 bibs available, so sign up today to secure your spot. Every step, stride, and donation fuels Arts Ignite’s mission to spark creativity and provide access to arts-rich education for young people impacted by systemic barriers in New York City and beyond.

Participation comes with a $250 minimum fundraising goal, but we’re here for you along the way with templates and guides to help you make the most of your efforts. Contact Marie Klepacz, Senior Program Manager, at marie@artsignite.org for more information.

We hope to see you there!
